1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Sportplay ("Sportplay", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Sportplay online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available at sportplay.asia and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to the Sportplay Platform and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable regulations. Sportplay strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify your age before processing any withdrawal.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to contract are not eligible to register.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Sportplay or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
5. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Sportplay account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Sportplay reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to Sportplay's satisfaction.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money gaming features on the Sportplay Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate.

Sportplay operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. As part of this process, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method. Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at Sportplay's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Sportplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Sportplay immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Sportplay reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Sportplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Sportplay supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at Sportplay's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be subject to change. Sportplay does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Sportplay accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Sportplay will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds.

Sportplay aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. Sportplay reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Sportplay may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be published alongside each offer.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.

Sportplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the Sportplay Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall apply to the specific game in question.

Sportplay's random number generator (RNG) games are independently certified for fairness and randomness by accredited testing laboratories. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity. Sportplay does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, Sportplay reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. Sportplay's decision in relation to any disputed game outcome is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sportplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing or game manipulation
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration or verification
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Sportplay account

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sportplay Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of Sportplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Sportplay. Any unauthorised use of Sportplay's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sportplay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if Sportplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Sportplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sportplay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sportplay does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for any loss arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Sportplay's reasonable control.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Sportplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Sportplay implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Sportplay cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming

Sportplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a means of generating income. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Sportplay reserves the right to withhold funds where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that those funds are the proceeds of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Sportplay Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must first contact Sportplay's customer support team to seek resolution. Sportplay will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. Sportplay's decision on any dispute is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Sportplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material, Sportplay will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification.
